SPIE Asia-Pacific Remote Sensing is where agency, industry, and academic leaders from around the world present recent developments in remote sensing technologies, atmospheric monitoring applications, and earth observing systems.

The 11th edition of the SPIE event will promote the use of remote detection technologies for precise monitoring of the environment, from remote detection of the air, clouds, precipitation, the oceans and inland watercourses, to the modelling of the atmospheric system, tides and the interactions between complex ecosystems.

The resulting new initiatives will aim to collect information crucial for a better understanding of the environment and how it works.
